 Job Overview
 
 
 
 We are a mid-sized, multi-state law firm seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our Lake Oswego office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts, real estate, and transactional law. This role requires excellent drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough research using Westlaw, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services. You will manage cases from inception to resolution while collaborating within a supportive law office environment.
 
 
 
 About the Role
 
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance on lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and related transactional matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research and risk analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Admission to the Washington Bar.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in transactional, contract, or real estate law (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
