Craft personalized, targeted sales tactics to maximize impact.</li></ul>Account Management:<ul><li>Effectively manage the accounts of clients in the French and German markets.</li><li>Proactively foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring sustained satisfaction and trust.</li><li>Leverage CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, enhancing data accuracy and streamlining communication channels.</li></ul>Effective Product Presentation:<ul><li>Proficiently present products and solutions to customers, leveraging in-depth knowledge and effective communication to meet client needs.</li></ul>Customized Customer Solutions:<ul><li>Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer needs, offering tailored products and solution recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Strategic Reporting:<ul><li>Implement periodic reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) for higher management, providing in-depth insights into the company's overall business performance and team dynamics.</li><li>Implement and leverage CRM systems effectively to streamline sales processes, enhance customer relationship management, and ensure accurate reporting.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of proven experience in Sales (Business development)</li><li>Great market knowledge.</li><li>Proficient in German/French native level or C1 C2 is a must</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Capacity to handle complicated projects and multi-task.</li><li>Ability to grow with minimum supervision, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.</li></ul>Additional:<ul><li>Having IT knowledge or relevant experience in working for IT companies selling software or products, is a plus</li><li>Experience with tools like Zoho CRM and Desk, or similar ticketing and CRM platforms, is a plus</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Remote full-time position with a commitment to professional development</li><li>Standard work hours: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Kindly let us know what is your Salary expectation for this full-time remote position?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
