German Account Manager

Please note this is full-time remote position for committed and dedicated resource, who will be working from 11PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring customer success, retention, and maximizing the value delivered to each customer. Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by orchestrating strategic business generation activities. Craft personalized, targeted sales tactics to maximize impact.

Account Management:

  • Effectively manage the accounts of clients in the French and German markets.
  • Proactively foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring sustained satisfaction and trust.
  • Leverage CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, enhancing data accuracy and streamlining communication channels.

Effective Product Presentation:

  • Proficiently present products and solutions to customers, leveraging in-depth knowledge and effective communication to meet client needs.

Customized Customer Solutions:

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer needs, offering tailored products and solution recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Strategic Reporting:

  • Implement periodic reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) for higher management, providing in-depth insights into the company's overall business performance and team dynamics.
  • Implement and leverage CRM systems effectively to streamline sales processes, enhance customer relationship management, and ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Sales (Business development)
  • Great market knowledge.
  • Proficient in German/French native level or C1 C2 is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Capacity to handle complicated projects and multi-task.
  • Ability to grow with minimum supervision, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Additional:

  • Having IT knowledge or relevant experience in working for IT companies selling software or products, is a plus
  • Experience with tools like Zoho CRM and Desk, or similar ticketing and CRM platforms, is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Remote full-time position with a commitment to professional development
  • Standard work hours: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
