About the Position
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team for a permanent full-time position working 9 AM to 5 PM Easter Standard Time. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager. They will manage and coordinate all aspects of billing and revenue. What you'll be working on:

• 
  Manage end-to-end customer invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms

• Running MCL in MOM for one of our business units to be sent to Head of IT

• Monitor accounts receivable, track aging, and perform regular customer follow-ups via email and calls to drive timely collections and reduce overdue balances

• Perform revenue-related reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of billed vs. recognized revenue

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Partnerships, Operations) to validate billing data and resolve client-specific issues

• Support month-end close by preparing AR/AP aging reports, accruals, and revenue adjustments

• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting and working capital management

• Prepare and post journal entries related to revenue, accruals, deferrals, and cash transactions

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Finalist / Qualified Professional Accountant or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration

• Knowledge of multi-currency transactions

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, using excel vlookup and pivot tables in data analysis

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of GP is an asset
