Job Title: HR Manager &ndash; BPO Operations (International Process) Location: Remote (Bangalore) &ndash; Onsite after 2 months Industry: International BPO (US Chat Support) Experience: 5&ndash;7 Years (BPO HR mandatory) Joining: ImmediateJob Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in international BPO hiring and HR operations. The role will initially be remote for Bangalore-based candidates and transition to onsite after two months. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing bulk hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement during business expansion.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/chat support roles, including bulk hiring.</li><li>Handle interview coordination, onboarding processes, and vendor management.</li><li>Oversee employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.</li><li>Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll inputs.</li><li>Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.</li><li>Drive attrition control initiatives and employee engagement programs.</li><li>Address employee grievances and support performance review cycles.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to achieve hiring targets and workforce requirements.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of HR experience within the BPO industry (mandatory).</li><li>Experience hiring for international/US processes preferred.</li><li>Strong expertise in bulk hiring and attrition management.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced or startup environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.</li><li>Must be based in Bangalore and willing to transition to onsite work after 2 months.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many positions have you handled simultaneously in bulk hiring, and what was your average monthly hiring volume?</li><li>What is your Notice Period or Last Working Day?</li><li>Are you currently based in Bangalore and comfortable starting remotely before transitioning onsite within 2 months?
