HR Manager – BPO Operations

Job Title: HR Manager – BPO Operations (International Process)
Location: Remote (Bangalore) – Onsite after 2 months

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in international BPO hiring and HR operations. The role will initially be remote for Bangalore-based candidates and transition to onsite after two months. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing bulk hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement during business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/chat support roles, including bulk hiring.
  • Handle interview coordination, onboarding processes, and vendor management.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll inputs.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Drive attrition control initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Address employee grievances and support performance review cycles.
  • Coordinate with clients to achieve hiring targets and workforce requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of HR experience within the BPO industry (mandatory).
  • Experience hiring for international/US processes preferred.
  • Strong expertise in bulk hiring and attrition management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Must be based in Bangalore and willing to transition to onsite work after 2 months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
