Our clinic is a warm, welcoming environment where teamwork, communication, and compassion are at the core of everything we do.Position Overview: The receptionist is often the first and last impression clients have of our hospital. We're looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys connecting with others.Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Answering phone calls with professionalism and care: providing information, screening calls, and scheduling appointments</li><li>Delivering outstanding service to every client: greeting visitors, answering questions, checking in/out patients, and processing payments</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts</li><li>Handling daily financial tasks, including processing payments and preparing bank deposits</li><li>Keeping the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and inviting</li><li>Managing incoming and outgoing mail and administrative tasks</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills</li><li>Friendly and team-oriented with a professional demeanor</li><li>Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy setting</li><li>Compassionate and understanding with both animals and people</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable learning veterinary-specific software</li><li>Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred</li><li>Availability for both part-time and full-time shifts</li></ul>Why Join Red Barn?
