Position Overview:
The receptionist is often the first and last impression clients have of our hospital. We're looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys connecting with others.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Answering phone calls with professionalism and care: providing information, screening calls, and scheduling appointments
• Delivering outstanding service to every client: greeting visitors, answering questions, checking in/out patients, and processing payments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
• Handling daily financial tasks, including processing payments and preparing bank deposits
• Keeping the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Friendly and team-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy setting
• Compassionate and understanding with both animals and people
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning veterinary-specific software
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Availability for both part-time and full-time shifts

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
