Job Title: Project Sales Engineer (Civil / Mechanical)Company: Hibuild Steel Building Systems International LLCJob Summary:The Project Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing project sales related to steel building systems, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), structural steel, and fabrication works. The role requires a strong technical background (Civil or Mechanical Engineering) combined with sales, client coordination, and project understanding, including coordination with the company&rsquo;s factory and execution teams.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for steel buildings, PEB structures, and fabrication projects.</li><li>Understand client requirements, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to propose suitable technical solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with the factory, design, estimation, and execution teams for accurate costing and technical proposals.</li><li>Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits.</li><li>Follow up on submitted proposals, negotiations, and project closures.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients for approvals and clarifications.</li><li>Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution and factory teams with complete documentation.</li><li>Monitor project progress from a sales perspective and support the execution team when required.</li><li>Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities in the steel and PEB sector.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Experience in project sales related to steel structures, PEB, fabrication, or construction projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of steel building systems, fabrication processes, and construction practices.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.</li><li>Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of estimation tools is an advantage.</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience working with steel fabrication factories, PEB manufacturers, or industrial construction projects.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE market, consultants, and approval authorities.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Technical sales &amp; commercial awareness</li><li>Client relationship management</li><li>Result-oriented and target-driven</li><li>Problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
