Project Coordinator &ndash; Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC (Dubai, UAE)Job Type: Full-time Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Visa: Own / Spouse / Dependent Visa candidates can applyResponsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and logs.</li><li>Follow up on drawings, materials, approvals, and site requirements.</li><li>Communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Ensure all project tasks meet quality standards and project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams.</li><li>Identify delays or issues and escalate to management.</li><li>Arrange meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).</li><li>Support documentation for billing, variations, inspections, and handover.</li><li>Maintain organized project files and records.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in project coordination (construction or steel structure preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and basic project documentation.</li><li>Immediate availability is an advantage.</li></ul>Apply Through: hr@bluesquaregroupdubai.comJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
