Who we are: We are a young, 18 year old boutique travel company based in north Mumbai, specializing in curating holidays for our clients across the globe.Who we are looking for:We are expanding and looking for an assistant manager (operations) and a travel consultantRoles and responsibilities (Assistant Manager)<ul><li>Minimum 8-10 years experience handling operations in the international and domestic travel departments</li><li>High proficiency in English and client-facing communication skills</li><li>Must have experience overseeing day to day operations, vendor coordination, customer service and team performance</li><li>Must be able to monitor service quality and resolve escalations</li></ul>Roles and responsibilities (Travel Consultant)<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years experience in the travel industry handling international and domestic queries</li><li>Hands on experience with ticketing systems - Galileo</li><li>Design customized holiday packages</li><li>Strong communication and sales skills</li><li>Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently</li><li>Pay range for travel consultant: Rs.30,000 - 35,000 per month</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
