We are a young, 18 year old boutique travel company based in north Mumbai, specializing in curating holidays for our clients across the globe.

Who we are looking for:

We are expanding and looking for an assistant manager (operations) and a travel consultant

Roles and responsibilities (Assistant Manager)

• Minimum 8-10 years experience handling operations in the international and domestic travel departments
• High proficiency in English and client-facing communication skills
• Must have experience overseeing day to day operations, vendor coordination, customer service and team performance
• Must be able to monitor service quality and resolve escalations

Roles and responsibilities (Travel Consultant)

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the travel industry handling international and domestic queries
• Hands on experience with ticketing systems - Galileo
• Design customized holiday packages
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Pay range for travel consultant: Rs.30,000 - 35,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
