 About the Role
 
 
 
 RedCoach is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in Texas. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring fleet reliability, safety, and cost efficiency, while aligning with corporate maintenance strategies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 &nbsp;Lead all fleet maintenance operations in Texas
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive preventive maintenance and fleet performance
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and develop maintenance team members
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee vendors, budgets, and cost control
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT standards
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with operations and corporate teams
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on experience in Volvo/Prevost Motorcoaches maintenance
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong leadership and operational mindset
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with fleet systems (Samsara, Fleetio, etc.)
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to manage costs and drive efficiency
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation
 
 
 
 Competitive salary: $90,000 &ndash; $95,000 per year + annual performance bonus.
