About the Role

RedCoach is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in Texas. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring fleet reliability, safety, and cost efficiency, while aligning with corporate maintenance strategies.

What You’ll Do

·        Lead all fleet maintenance operations in Texas

·       Drive preventive maintenance and fleet performance

·       Manage and develop maintenance team members

·       Oversee vendors, budgets, and cost control

·       Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT standards

·       Collaborate with operations and corporate teams

What We’re Looking For

·       Hands-on experience in Volvo/Prevost Motorcoaches maintenance

·       Strong leadership and operational mindset

·       Experience with fleet systems (Samsara, Fleetio, etc.)

·       Ability to manage costs and drive efficiency

·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Competitive salary: $90,000 – $95,000 per year + annual performance bonus.
