From creative campaigns, production, to digital innovation, they are shaping the future of content, culture, and commerce.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Agency Lead who will not only manage the agencies operations and growth, but also lead the Media groups digital platforms - including our websites, mobile application, and social media channels.
 
 
 
 
 
 This dual role requires a strategic leader who can balance agency management with digital platform leadership, ensuring that both the creative output and digital ecosystems drive growth, engagement, and monetisation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Agency Leadership
 
 
 <ul>

 Oversee the agency's daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality creative output, and strong client satisfaction.
 </li>

 Lead business development across creative domains, including:
 </li>

 Influencer collaborations &amp; talent incubation
 </li>
 <li>
 Social media &amp; digital campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Podcast production &amp; branded content
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiential activations and other creative opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Corporate and private events
 </li>
 <li>
 Exhibition stands
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative, client servicing, and strategy team.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Digital Platform Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the Media group's digital platforms (websites, mobile app, social channels) with a focus on growth, engagement, and user experience.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of proven leadership in creative agencies, media, or digital platform management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of both creative services and digital platforms (social, mobile, web).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in digital strategy, audience growth, and monetisation models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership, client management, and team-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and execute at speed.
 </li>
