Position Overview</h2>
The Apprentice Carpenter works alongside Lead Carpenters while completing assigned tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
You will be expected to:<ul><li>

Execute work accurately</li><li>
Think ahead</li><li>
Take ownership of your responsibilities</li></ul>
Clear advancement path:
Apprentice Carpenter ? Carpenter ? Lead Carpenter ? Foreman 
(With opportunities to grow into specialized service or garage door roles as divisions expand.)
Advancement is performance-based.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Pay Range</h2>
$20&ndash;$24 per hour 
Based on demonstrated skill, reliability, and quality of work

Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Complete framing, installation, finish, and repair tasks with limited oversight</li><li>
Support remodeling and handyman projects</li><li>
Assist with garage door installation and service when needed</li><li>
Read and interpret basic layouts and scope descriptions</li><li>
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites</li><li>
Track time accurately and document work properly</li><li>
Communicate professionally with team members and clients</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)</h2><ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Must be eligible to access Grand Forks Air Force Base</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to use construction tools safely and accurately</li><li>
Strong mechanical aptitude</li><li>
Ability to lift 50+ lbs</li><li>
Consistent attendance and punctuality</li><li>
Professional demeanor</li></ul>
Prior construction or trade experience is preferred, but demonstrated capability and work ethic matter more than years on paper.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
