We are building strong systems, leadership structure, and long-term career paths. We are looking for an Apprentice Carpenter who is ready to operate at a higher level and grow into a skilled craftsman or future leader.

This is not an entry-level labor position. This is a development role for someone ready to advance.

Position Overview

The Apprentice Carpenter works alongside Lead Carpenters while completing assigned tasks independently and with minimal supervision.

You will be expected to:

• Understand jobsite expectations

• Maintain professional standards

• Execute work accurately

• Think ahead

• Take ownership of your responsibilities

Clear advancement path:

Apprentice Carpenter ? Carpenter ? Lead Carpenter ? Foreman
(With opportunities to grow into specialized service or garage door roles as divisions expand.)

Advancement is performance-based.

Pay Range

$20–$24 per hour
Based on demonstrated skill, reliability, and quality of work

Responsibilities

• Complete framing, installation, finish, and repair tasks with limited oversight

• Support remodeling and handyman projects

• Assist with garage door installation and service when needed

• Read and interpret basic layouts and scope descriptions

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites

• Track time accurately and document work properly

• Communicate professionally with team members and clients

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Must be eligible to access Grand Forks Air Force Base

• Demonstrated ability to use construction tools safely and accurately

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Consistent attendance and punctuality

• Professional demeanor

Prior construction or trade experience is preferred, but demonstrated capability and work ethic matter more than years on paper.
