Insulation Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and insulation techniques, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for ensuring that buildings are properly insulated to improve energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires attention to detail, a solid understanding of various insulation materials, and proficiency in using hand tools. Insulation Experience , even if minimal, is required.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine insulation requirements.
• Fabricate insulation components as needed for specific projects.
• Perform metal stud framing as part of the insulation installation process.
• Loading Trucks daily
• Conduct quality checks on installed insulation to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or related fields, with a focus on insulation preferred.
• Organized individual with exceptional time management skills
• Must have a VALID drivers license
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to fabricate custom insulation solutions as required by project specifications.
• Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Some insulation or construction experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in attics and hot environments
• Punctual and dependable
• Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25 per hour
• Weekly pay (Fridays)
• 1099 contractor

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
