Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Provided approximately one week in advancePrimary Days: Monday&ndash;Friday with occasional weekendsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a professional, dependable Executive Driver &amp; On-Site Assistant to support a business leader and entrepreneur. This role requires exceptional driving skills and strong situational awareness, as well as the ability to provide on-site assistant support when not driving&mdash;acting as an extra set of eyes, helping with logistics, and ensuring smooth, efficient transitions throughout the day.This position does not involve caregiving or medical care.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide safe, professional transportation to meetings, appointments, and events</li><li>Assist with navigation, routing, parking, and time management</li><li>Act as an extra set of eyes and awareness support when not driving</li><li>Assist during walking, transitions, and arrivals/departures</li><li>Support daily logistics to ensure efficiency and safety</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion</li><li>Communicate clearly regarding schedules and daily needs</li></ul>Travel &amp; Location<ul><li>Travel may occur throughout Wisconsin, primarily within the Fox Valley area</li><li>Use of personal vehicle initially (mileage reimbursed)</li><li>Company vehicle will be provided in the near future</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Expectations<ul><li>Full-time position with variable daily hours</li><li>Schedule typically provided one week in advance</li><li>Occasional weekend availability required</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with an excellent driving record</li><li>Comfortable driving in varied conditions and unfamiliar areas</li><li>Strong situational awareness and calm decision-making skills</li><li>Highly reliable, punctual, and flexible</li><li>Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to changing schedules</li><li>Background check required</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Executive driver, personal assistant, or high-level support role</li><li>Experience working with business owners or entrepreneurs</li><li>Familiarity with GPS/navigation technology</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive full-time compensation based on experience</li><li>Mileage reimbursement provided</li><li>Company vehicle provided soon</li><li>Long-term opportunity supporting a growing entrepreneurial environment</li></ul>How to ApplyApply through Indeed with your resume and a brief note outlining your availability and relevant experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
