Personal Driver & On-Site Assistant

Schedule: Provided approximately one week in advance

Primary Days: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, dependable Executive Driver & On-Site Assistant to support a business leader and entrepreneur. This role requires exceptional driving skills and strong situational awareness, as well as the ability to provide on-site assistant support when not driving—acting as an extra set of eyes, helping with logistics, and ensuring smooth, efficient transitions throughout the day.

This position does not involve caregiving or medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional transportation to meetings, appointments, and events
• Assist with navigation, routing, parking, and time management
• Act as an extra set of eyes and awareness support when not driving
• Assist during walking, transitions, and arrivals/departures
• Support daily logistics to ensure efficiency and safety
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
• Communicate clearly regarding schedules and daily needs

Travel & Location

• Travel may occur throughout Wisconsin, primarily within the Fox Valley area
• Use of personal vehicle initially (mileage reimbursed)
• Company vehicle will be provided in the near future

Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time position with variable daily hours
• Schedule typically provided one week in advance
• Occasional weekend availability required

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• Comfortable driving in varied conditions and unfamiliar areas
• Strong situational awareness and calm decision-making skills
• Highly reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to changing schedules
• Background check required

Preferred Experience

• Executive driver, personal assistant, or high-level support role
• Experience working with business owners or entrepreneurs
• Familiarity with GPS/navigation technology
