Job DescriptionDelivery Driver &ndash; FedEx Ground (No CDL Required)Red Oak Logistics &ndash; Raleigh/Durham, NC Full-Time | Weekly PayAbout the RoleRed Oak Logistics, a growing FedEx Ground contractor in the Raleigh/Durham area, is hiring dependable and motivated Delivery Drivers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing great customer service.Delivery Areas: Franklinton, Louisburg, Bunn, and KittrellWhat We Offer<ul><li>$150+ per day ($1.40 per stop)</li><li>Paid training at $100 per day</li><li>Weekly pay (every Friday)</li><li>Company vehicle provided (no CDL required)</li><li>Free DOT physical and drug screening</li><li>Consistent routes with steady hours</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Start time: 8:30 AM</li><li>5 days per week (including 1 weekend day required)</li></ul>Typical Hours:<ul><li>Weekdays: 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Saturday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM</li><li>Sunday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM</li></ul>Workload:<ul><li>Around 125 stops per day</li><li>35&ndash;40 miles per route</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate a company-provided delivery van or box truck safely</li><li>Load, scan, and deliver packages to homes and businesses</li><li>Follow GPS directions and complete routes efficiently</li><li>Provide professional and friendly customer service</li><li>Perform daily vehicle inspections</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be 21 years or older</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (CDL not required)</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Must pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical</li><li>Able to lift up to 150 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items)</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated</li><li>No felonies or misdemeanors</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Delivery driving (box trucks, cargo vans, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with the Raleigh/Durham area</li></ul>Apply TodayReady to join a stable and growing team?
