About the Role

Red Oak Logistics, a growing FedEx Ground contractor in the Raleigh/Durham area, is hiring dependable and motivated Delivery Drivers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing great customer service.

Delivery Areas: Franklinton, Louisburg, Bunn, and Kittrell

What We Offer

• $150+ per day ($1.40 per stop)
• Paid training at $100 per day
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Company vehicle provided (no CDL required)
• Free DOT physical and drug screening
• Consistent routes with steady hours

Schedule

• Start time: 8:30 AM
• 5 days per week (including 1 weekend day required)

Typical Hours:

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Workload:

• Around 125 stops per day
• 35–40 miles per route

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided delivery van or box truck safely
• Load, scan, and deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Follow GPS directions and complete routes efficiently
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Perform daily vehicle inspections

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Clean driving record
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• No felonies or misdemeanors

Preferred Experience

• Delivery driving (box trucks, cargo vans, etc.)
• Familiarity with the Raleigh/Durham area
