This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a dynamic, upscale setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and assist with wine selections, offering expert advice on pairings and tasting notes</li><li>Take accurate orders using POS system, ensuring efficient processing of transactions</li><li>Serve wine and food promptly, maintaining proper presentation and sanitation standards</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in fine dining a huge plus, with a strong background in wine service</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems</li><li>Knowledge of wine varieties, food pairing principles, and upselling techniques to elevate guest experiences</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume periods</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing</li><li>Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and general food industry regulations</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
