From T-shirts and hoodies to stickers and accessories, our merch is all about capturing personality, culture, and fun.The Role We&rsquo;re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who lives for fresh concepts, eye-catching graphics, and creating designs that make people say, &ldquo;Where did you get that?&rdquo; You&rsquo;ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design original apparel and merch that fits our brand voice and vibe.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create killer designs for T-shirts, hoodies, stickers, and other apparel/merch.</li><li>Brainstorm with our team to bring seasonal campaigns and product launches to life.</li><li>Prep artwork files for print (bonus points if you know your way around screen printing specs).</li><li>Stay on top of design trends while keeping our style unique and recognizable.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to make sure designs work across both physical merch and digital promotion.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong portfolio of apparel/merch design (we want to see your style).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.</li><li>A creative eye that balances fun, fresh, and on-brand.</li><li>Knowledge of print processes (screen printing, DTG, embroidery, etc.) a plus.</li><li>Self-starter who can run with ideas but also take feedback like a pro.</li><li>Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and (most importantly) fun to work with.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love It Here<ul><li>Flexible, freelance-friendly work environment.</li><li>A chance to see your designs out in the world&mdash;on people&rsquo;s backs, laptops, and everywhere in between.</li><li>Work with a creative team that values fresh ideas, collaboration, and good humor.</li><li>The freedom to experiment and push your creativity.</li></ul>How to Apply Send us your portfolio (apparel/merch samples highly encouraged), along with a quick note on why you&rsquo;d be a great fit.Job Type: ContractPay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 25 per weekPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please provide a link to your portfolio.</li><li>What software are you most efficient in for apparel design?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chattanooga, TN 37421
