Job title: Bookkeeper / Junior AccountantLocation: Dubai, UAE Gender: Male candidates preferred Availability: Immediate joiner (Visit visa candidates preferred) SALARY: 2,500AED to 3,500AEDAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 1&ndash;2 years of UAE experience, strong accounting fundamentals, and hands-on knowledge of Zoho Finance or similar software. This role requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and maintain accurate transaction records.</li><li>Process accounts payable, receivables, payouts, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in VAT filing, corporate tax preparation, payroll management, and compliance tasks.</li><li>Support audit activities by providing accurate financial data and documentation.</li><li>Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and payment documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations and Senior Management to ensure smooth financial processes.</li><li>Monitor cash management and assist in month-end closing activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and taxation regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory).</li><li>Proficient in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance or similar accounting software.</li><li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping, cash handling, and bank operations.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>References required.</li></ul>Why Join Us?You will be part of a dynamic team where your contributions to financial accuracy and efficiency directly impact company operations.
