About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of UAE experience, strong accounting fundamentals, and hands-on knowledge of Zoho Finance or similar software. This role requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Process accounts payable, receivables, payouts, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in VAT filing, corporate tax preparation, payroll management, and compliance tasks.
• Support audit activities by providing accurate financial data and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and payment documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Senior Management to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Monitor cash management and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and taxation regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory).
• Proficient in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, cash handling, and bank operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and team collaboration skills.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• References required.
