Accountant ( Facilities Management or Property Management)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintain historical records
  • Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks
  • Pay vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
  • Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
  • Continuously improve the payment process

Requirements and skills:

  • A great understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Accounting is beneficial
  • Attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Punctuality and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to adapt and foster a strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
