Job Description:

Nawani Worldwide Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ledger Handling: Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Stock Counting and Tally: Oversee inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Supplier/Customer Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers regularly.
• Payments Handling: Process payments and manage cash collections efficiently.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to the Managing Director (MD) within set deadlines.
• Logistics Handling: Manage export and import documentation, and oversee delivery processes.(Basic Knowledge of Logistics Incoterms)
• Invoicing: Create and update invoices in real-time as necessary.
• Petty Cash Management: Handle and record petty cash expenses.
• Audit Support: Provide assistance to the audit team on a weekly basis.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the MD.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in ZOHO Accounting software or similar accounting software.
• Availability: Only for immediate joiners
• Training: Training will be provided.
