 We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
 
 Procurement Specialist
 
 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery in line with the company&rsquo;s operational requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain a good relationship with all the departments to promote effective purchasing
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all purchase requests are approved properly &amp; completed before proceeding with the purchasing
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all goods &amp; services are received as per the purchase orders issued with compliance with the company polices &amp; standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Support when required for the monthly, quarterly and semiannually physical inventory checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with all vendors regarding their invoices, DN submissions, and to be matched with the corresponded purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Submitting all invoices to the Account Payable team in timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the vendors &amp; Account Payables for any discrepancies and develop a process for reducing discrepancy as much as possible
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project sites for their inventory and stock requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare stock on hand, forecast &amp; all related reports to the supply chain manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Operation Team &amp; in the project's sites to develop and implement Materials requirement planning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 communicate effectively in English &amp; Arabic languages
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn and work in D365 ERP system &amp; Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Catering Experience is a plus
 </li>
