Beyond the work itself, we&rsquo;re building a creative culture around making&mdash;documenting process, sharing ideas, and growing a strong visual brand around real projects.Job DescriptionWe&rsquo;re looking for a self-starting content and marketing operator to help build and grow a design-driven metal fabrication company.This role is focused on turning real work into a consistent, high-quality content engine&mdash;and using that content to drive visibility, traffic, and business growth. This is not a passive social media role. The goal is to build a brand that attracts the right clients and projects.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for:<ul><li>Capturing content in the shop and on-site (photo + video)</li><li>Editing and producing short-form and long-form content (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Managing and posting across platforms</li><li>Developing and executing a content and growth strategy</li><li>Driving traffic, engagement, and lead generation through content</li></ul>This is a hybrid role&mdash;partly remote, partly on-site. You&rsquo;ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment and taking ownership of gathering your own content.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Self-starter with strong ownership mindset</li><li>Proven ability (or strong instinct) to grow social channels or build an audience</li><li>Strong video/photo editing and storytelling skills</li><li>Ability to think strategically about content&mdash;not just create it</li><li>Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Interest in design, architecture, or building is a big plus</li></ul>Role Details<ul><li>Part-time or full-time depending on experience and capability</li><li>Flexible schedule with a mix of remote and on-site work</li></ul>Additional RequirementIf you&rsquo;ve built an audience, a channel, or a personal brand&mdash;even small&mdash;we want to see it.
