Civil Engineer &ndash; Villa ProjectsLocation: Dubai, UAE Experience: 6&ndash;7 years (UAE villa projects)Responsibilities:- Supervise villa construction from excavation to handover.- Ensure work as per drawings, specs, and UAE authority regulations.- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site team Arrange inspections and obtain approvals. (Dubai Municipality, etc.)- Monitor progress, quality, and material usage Prepare daily reports, IRs, and site documentation.- Handle snagging and project close-out Requirements.- Bachelor&rsquo;s in Civil Engineering. (must have)- UAE experience in villa construction.- Knowledge of DM regulations and inspections.-Proficiency in AutoCAD &amp; MS Office.- UAE driving license.
