Senior Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer – Villa Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 6–7 years (UAE villa projects)

Responsibilities:

- Supervise villa construction from excavation to handover.

- Ensure work as per drawings, specs, and UAE authority regulations.

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site team Arrange inspections and obtain approvals. (Dubai Municipality, etc.)

- Monitor progress, quality, and material usage Prepare daily reports, IRs, and site documentation.

- Handle snagging and project close-out Requirements.

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. (must have)

- UAE experience in villa construction.

- Knowledge of DM regulations and inspections.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office.

- UAE driving license. (must have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
