<ul><li>Manage end-to-end accounting in Tally ERP/Prime for real estate projects, including project-wise P&amp;L and balance sheets.</li><li>Handle GST compliance (construction &amp; real estate sector), including RCM, reconciliation, returns, and responding to notices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory requirements relevant to property transactions.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile inventory of land, flats, plots, and under-construction stock with accurate valuation.</li><li>Track customer collections, advances, brokerage/incentive payouts, and ensure proper accounting.</li><li>Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and auditors for project funding, audits, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Prepare MIS, cash flow, and fund flow statements for management and project monitoring.</li><li>Supervise junior accountants and ensure internal controls across booking, registry, and inventory processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
