Senior Accountant

• Manage end-to-end accounting in Tally ERP/Prime for real estate projects, including project-wise P&L and balance sheets.
• Handle GST compliance (construction & real estate sector), including RCM, reconciliation, returns, and responding to notices.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory requirements relevant to property transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory of land, flats, plots, and under-construction stock with accurate valuation.
• Track customer collections, advances, brokerage/incentive payouts, and ensure proper accounting.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and auditors for project funding, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare MIS, cash flow, and fund flow statements for management and project monitoring.
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure internal controls across booking, registry, and inventory processes.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
