We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2&ndash;3 years of solid experience in the construction field. The candidate should have a good understanding of AutoCAD, construction drawings, and site execution. Fluency in Hindi is a must, as the role involves regular communication with site teams and workers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.</li><li>Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors efficiently.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports and update the project manager.</li><li>Monitor safety, housekeeping, and compliance at the site.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and suppliers when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret drawings.</li><li>Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written).</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle site challenges.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
