OverviewRedKnot is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to help build an innovative, international project serving families across Latam.You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with a supervising BCBA and play a key role in supporting treatment implementation, coaching therapists, and guiding families. This is a part-time remote role with flexible hours and strong potential for growth as the program expands.If you&rsquo;re motivated by meaningful work and excited by the chance to contribute to a pioneering initiative, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support &amp; Quality <ul><li>Support the supervising BCBA in implementing and maintaining ABA treatment programs.</li><li>Review session data and provide feedback to ensure treatment fidelity.</li><li>Assist with the development of teaching programs, behavior strategies, and skill-building procedures.</li></ul>Supervision &amp; Training <ul><li>Provide coaching and ongoing guidance to therapists delivering direct services.</li><li>Conduct fidelity checks, observe sessions, and give constructive, actionable feedback.</li><li>Help standardize and strengthen clinical processes across the team.</li></ul>Family Support <ul><li>Participate in family check-ins, help explain program components, and provide recommendations under BCBA guidance.</li><li>Contribute to parent training sessions using established curricula.</li></ul>Content Development &amp; Outreach <ul><li>Collaborate on the creation of educational content for families, therapists, and partner organizations (e.g., clinical explanations, best-practice summaries, guidance documents).</li><li>Contribute expert input to resources designed to raise awareness and improve understanding of ABA in Latin America.</li><li>Participate in meetings with schools, providers, and healthcare professionals to support coordinated care and explain clinical recommendations (always within BCaBA scope and under BCBA oversight).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential in good standing.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience supervising ABA programs.</li><li>Strong ability to design, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).</li><li>Excellent communication and intercultural skills.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Creative and resourceful ; you enjoy adapting established practices to new cultures, environments, and patient needs.</li><li>Builder&rsquo;s mindset ; you like designing processes, testing ideas, and improving systems as they grow.</li><li>Curious and open; you see change not as a barrier but as an opportunity to innovate.</li><li>Passionate about impact ; you want your work to improve lives and reshape ABA services in an international context.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Part-time basis with flexible hours.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience and scope.</li><li>Remote collaboration with families and professionals across Latam.</li><li>A chance to be part of a pioneering project with real international impact.</li><li>Potential for growth into a larger role as the initiative expands.</li><li>Periodic opportunities for travel within the region when needed.</li></ul>Join RedKnot and help shape the future of ABA care in the region.Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>BCaBA: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>BCaBA (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
