Overview
RedKnot is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to help build an innovative, international project serving families across Latam.
You’ll collaborate closely with a supervising BCBA and play a key role in supporting treatment implementation, coaching therapists, and guiding families.
This is a part-time remote role with flexible hours and strong potential for growth as the program expands.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Quality
- Support the supervising BCBA in implementing and maintaining ABA treatment programs.
- Review session data and provide feedback to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Assist with the development of teaching programs, behavior strategies, and skill-building procedures.
Supervision & Training
- Provide coaching and ongoing guidance to therapists delivering direct services.
- Conduct fidelity checks, observe sessions, and give constructive, actionable feedback.
- Help standardize and strengthen clinical processes across the team.
Family Support
- Participate in family check-ins, help explain program components, and provide recommendations under BCBA guidance.
- Contribute to parent training sessions using established curricula.
Content Development & Outreach
- Collaborate on the creation of educational content for families, therapists, and partner organizations (e.g., clinical explanations, best-practice summaries, guidance documents).
- Contribute expert input to resources designed to raise awareness and improve understanding of ABA in Latin America.
- Participate in meetings with schools, providers, and healthcare professionals to support coordinated care and explain clinical recommendations (always within BCaBA scope and under BCBA oversight).
Qualifications
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising ABA programs.
- Strong ability to design, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
