Job descriptionAbout the opportunity: We are looking for a individual who will be a customer service/ dispatch rep. This includes but not limited to answering phones, placing orders with customers, billing, etc.About Us: We are a busy courier company who has been in business for over 20 years! We&rsquo;re an award-winning company (with great benefits) and looking for others to join our team of A Players.Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 hourlyBenefits: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits.Schedule: Monday-Friday with possibility of overtime and On CallMonday, Tuesday and Friday 9:00am -6:00pmWednesday and Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pmPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>1 year previous Dispatching experience required</li><li>Reliable and Punctual</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette</li><li>Strong computer skills.</li><li>Should be a team player.</li><li>Demonstrates organizational skills, self-directed and independent in fulfilling role obligation.</li><li>Able to multi-task</li><li>Be able to work alone as well as with a team</li><li>Must have a flexible schedule</li><li>Be comfortable and thrive in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Outgoing and pleasant personality</li></ul>POSITION SUMMARY:<ul><li>Manage schedules of our delivery drivers.</li><li>Handling inbound calls from high profile clients, scheduling appointments, and maintain paperwork, typing, managing customer files, etc.</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Coordinate, manage and maintain all Drivers' schedules to fulfill customer's needs.</li><li>Taking phone calls, communicating with drivers to ensure customer's needs are met.</li><li>Maintaining the confidentiality of client and agency information at all times.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
