NIGHT SHIFT DISPATCH SPECIALIST — Redline Courier | Valencia, CA

Are you a sharp, detail-driven dispatcher who thrives when the sun goes down? Redline Courier, an award winning courier company with 20+ years of excellence is looking for a Night Shift Dispatch Specialist to join our elite team.

PAY: $20.00 – $23.00/hour depending on experience

SCHEDULE: Friday – Tuesday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM

THE ROLE

You'll be the command center for our evening operations — coordinating drivers, fielding calls from high-profile clients, processing orders, and ensuring every delivery hits its mark. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who loves logistics and takes pride in keeping things running like clockwork.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate and optimize nightly delivery routes for our driver fleet
• Handle inbound calls from VIP clients with professionalism and speed
• Schedule appointments, process orders, and manage real-time logistics
• Communicate proactively with drivers to ensure on-time delivery
• Protect the confidentiality of all client and company information

WHO YOU ARE

• 1+ year of professional dispatching experience (required)
• Exceptional phone presence and customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency — you navigate systems with ease
• Master multitasker who stays cool under pressure
• Self-directed with sharp organizational skills
• Team player who also thrives working independently
• Energetic, personable, and reliable
