Job Summary We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representatives who are ready to grow with a respected brand and deliver top-teir relocation solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Prospect and generate leads through various channels (B2B, residential, referrals, cold calls)</li><li>Conduct in-home and virtual surveys for residential customers</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents and business partners</li><li>Create accurate and detailed moving estimates and proposals</li><li>Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline through to closing</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the move lifecycle</li><li>Attend industry networking events and community functions to promote the brand</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Sales experience (moving, logistics or related service industry preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong oranizational and time management skills</li><li>Self-motivated with a competitive edge</li><li>Comfortable working in the field and in the office</li><li>Valid driver's liecense and reliable transportation</li><li>Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM tools, mobile apps and email communication</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive base salary + uncapped commission OR straight commission with a higher uncapped commission percent.
