Our Logistics Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to working hand in hand with the account, dispatcher, drivers and most importantly, the customer to set up the delivery of goods that the customer has ordered. The Coordinator is the primary contact to keep the customer updated on their order.

Communication through phone, email and web based programs is key to ensure our customers stay updated on when their freight will arrive.

The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with great customer service and communication skills. This position is also responsible for answering calls coming into the office and directing them to the correct person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and moniter the freight, inventory, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival and dispatch.
  • Liaise with the account, freight companies, and internal departments to resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update records of shipments, transportation documents, and warehouse activities.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., invoices, Bill of Ladings, work tickets ).
  • Provide regular status updates internally and escalate issues as needed.
