The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, team orientated and someone who loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals.
Job Description:
<ul><li>Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients</li>
<li>Verify insurance and process claims</li>
<li>Schedule and confirm appointments</li>
<li>Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries</li>
<li>Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Must have 2+ years of Treatment Coordinating experience in dental field</li>
<li>Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable</li>
<li>A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills</li>
<li>Must have experience using Dentrix</li>
</ul>

We are looking to add a fun and experienced dental assistant to the team! Our beautiful office located in Troy, MI has been serving the community for 20+ years. Dr. Jack and his team pride themselves on the family like atmosphere they have created for the patient and employees.
The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, team orientated and someone who loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals.
Job Duties:
<ul><li>Chairside assist for multiple procedures</li>
<li>Take accurate impressions</li>
<li>Fabricate and adjust temporaries as needed</li>
<li>Proficient in taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos</li>
<li>Dental charting and electronic dental records</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Knowledge of dental materials and instrument setup for various procedures</li>
<li>Strong communication and patient care skills with a friendly, professional demeanor</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized</li>
<li>1+ years of previous experience using Dentrix</li>
<li>1+ years of previous dental assisting experience</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
<ul><li>Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li>
<li>Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li>
<li>Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM</li>
<li>Thursday: OFF</li>
<li>Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM</li>
<li>1-2 Saturdays/month: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM</li>
