We are looking to add a fun and experienced treatment coordinator to the team! Our beautiful office located in Troy, MI has been serving the community for 20+ years. Dr. Jack and his team pride themselves on the family like atmosphere they have created for the patient and employees.

The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, team orientated and someone who loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals.

Job Description:

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and process claims
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of Treatment Coordinating experience in dental field
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
• A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
• Must have experience using Dentrix
