Collaborating with experts and community leaders, our programs weave together people, places, and perspectives, creating a tapestry of knowledge that goes beyond textbooks.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Operations Associate to lead and manage end-to-end operational execution of our educational programs. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and on-ground delivery of student experiential trips, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Program Planning &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of educational tours &mdash; from itinerary finalization to on-ground execution and post-program wrap-up.</li><li>Liaise with schools, facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute programs efficiently.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols, risk management processes, and quality standards during program delivery.</li></ul>Team Management:<ul><li>Supervise a team of Operations Executives and freelance facilitators; provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.</li><li>Conduct operational briefings, debriefs, and training sessions for on-ground teams.</li></ul>Budgeting &amp; Cost Control:<ul><li>Prepare program budgets in coordination with the Finance and Sales teams.</li><li>Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures while ensuring quality delivery.</li></ul>Crisis &amp; Risk Management:<ul><li>Be prepared to handle emergencies and operational challenges on-ground with a calm and solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Ensure all programs adhere to Redwood&rsquo;s safety guidelines and emergency response protocols.</li></ul>Process Improvement:<ul><li>Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements for efficiency, safety, and quality improvements.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 2 years in Operations / Logistics / Program Management, preferably in student travel, experiential learning, events, or hospitality sectors.</li><li>Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. A post-graduate degree in Management / Travel &amp; Tourism / Event Management is a plus.</li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively (domestic &amp; occasional international).</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, as per program schedules.</li></ul>Join us in sculpting a future where education is boundless, where learning isn't confined but expands horizons.
