Role Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Marketing & Communications Manager with a flair for storytelling and a drive for tangible outcomes. In this role, you’ll craft and execute a dynamic brand strategy, design engaging experiences for students and stakeholders, and lead our PR, outreach, and communications efforts. Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:
- Craft Our Brand Story:
- Develop and implement a vibrant brand strategy that clearly communicates our mission and value.
- Use your storytelling skills to bring Redwood Edutours’ transformative journey to life across all channels.
- Design Engaging Experiences:
- Create innovative, outcome-driven experiences for students, parents, and partners that foster engagement and drive results.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure our messaging and initiatives align with our educational goals.
- Drive Outreach & Campaigns:
- Lead high-energy events and campaigns that generate buzz and expand our reach.
- Support our outreach initiatives by crafting compelling narratives that convert prospects into long-term partners.
- Lead PR & Thought Leadership:
- Develop and execute creative PR strategies that position Redwood Edutours as a trailblazer in transformative education.
- Build relationships with media and industry thought leaders to amplify our success stories.
- Manage Communications & Collateral:
- Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring a friendly, clear, and consistent voice that resonates with our audiences.
- Create and manage engaging company collateral—from digital content to presentations—that powerfully conveys our mission and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing communications, brand management, or a similar role with a focus on storytelling and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
- A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative, resourceful, and passionate about transforming education.
- Experience in the education or experiential learning sectors is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
