Logistics Marketing & Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing plans, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and relationship building with potential clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our 3PL services, including digital marketing, trade shows, and direct marketing.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing analytics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the logistics or supply chain industry. ( IMPORTANT)
• Strong understanding of 3PL services and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
