 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a proactive and innovative
 
 Product Development Specialist
 
 to contribute to the development, management, and optimization of our fragrance portfolio. This role involves market analysis, product innovation, quality assurance, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure our products meet strategic objectives and delight customers.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Market Analysis &amp; Trends
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct market research to understand customer needs and track industry trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Product Development &amp; Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead or support the development of new fragrance formulations and enhance existing products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and monitor post-launch performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Quality Assurance &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Sales to ensure effective execution of product strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Analysis
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collect and analyze product performance data (sales, profitability, customer feedback).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports with recommendations to strengthen product positioning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Administrative &amp; Organizational Tasks
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track budgets related to product development and marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily product-related operations and maintain updated documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 </ul>
