 About the Role:
 
 
 
 Reef Holding is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
 
 International Purchasing Officer
 
 to manage and oversee global procurement operations. This role is essential in ensuring timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, and smooth coordination with global suppliers to support our expanding retail and fragrance business.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Operational Planning &amp; Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Communicate daily with international suppliers to track and manage purchasing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and other departments to determine material requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute purchase operations within defined budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve purchase orders before issuance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the procurement cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate supplier capabilities, negotiate effectively, and anticipate changes in terms and conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle import documentation, including air and sea freight bills, conformity certificates, customs invoices, and packing lists.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review existing contracts to ensure validity and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Policies &amp; Procedures
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recommend improvements to international purchasing policies and implement control measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure process compliance to meet standards of quality, efficiency, and cost control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to enhancing operational systems through best practices and increased productivity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 </li>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, planning, and supplier management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in handling shipping documents and customs processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English.
 </li>

 Market Analysis &amp; Trends

 Conduct market research to understand customer needs and track industry trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Product Development &amp; Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead or support the development of new fragrance formulations and enhance existing products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and monitor post-launch performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Quality Assurance &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Sales to ensure effective execution of product strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Analysis

 Collect and analyze product performance data (sales, profitability, customer feedback).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports with recommendations to strengthen product positioning.
 </li>

 Administrative &amp; Organizational Tasks

 Track budgets related to product development and marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily product-related operations and maintain updated documentation.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
