This role involves managing inventory of high-end luxury fashion products (primarily leather goods), preparing MIS reports, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth daily logistics coordination.This is a full-time onsite role based at our MG Road, South Delhi office. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.Required Skills<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel</li><li>MIS preparation and reporting skills</li><li>Knowledge of inventory handling (physical &amp; ERP &ndash; preferably ZOHO)</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical ability</li><li>High attention to detail, especially for luxury merchandise</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesMIS &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.</li><li>Generate inventory reports, stock movement reports, and reconciliation statements.</li><li>Utilize Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis tools).</li><li>Support management with operational data and performance tracking.</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Handle inventory physically and on ERP (preferably ZOHO).</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure high-standard storage practices for luxury leather products.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain audit documentation.</li><li>Track stock movement and update systems in real time.</li></ul>Quality Control<ul><li>Inspect product quality at the time of receipt and dispatch.</li><li>Verify condition, packaging standards, and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Maintain QC records and ensure dispatch accuracy.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations &amp; Logistics department.</li><li>Coordinate inward and outward shipments to ensure timely processing.</li><li>Act as a point of contact (POC) in the absence of the Operations In-Charge and ensure uninterrupted workflow.</li><li>Support daily warehouse, storage, and dispatch operations.</li></ul>About UsConfidential Couture www.confidentialcouture.comWe are an emerging and fast-growing international brand and pioneers in online pre-owned luxury in India.
