You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and driving customer loyalty through proactive engagement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.</li><li>Understand client requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.</li><li>Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Monitor service performance and address any issues or complaints effectively.</li><li>Prepare and present reports on customer feedback, service quality, and improvement plans.</li><li>Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to clients.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or PUC Passed</li><li>Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in logistics or transportation.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
