As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and driving customer loyalty through proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor service performance and address any issues or complaints effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer feedback, service quality, and improvement plans.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or PUC Passed
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
